Once your return package has been received at our warehouse, it may take up to 10 business days for the return package to be processed.

Please note that return packages are sent at your own risk. Rito is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.

At Rito, we offer unlimited* returns. This means that you can return your items at any time and get your money back, regardless of how long ago you purchased them.

*If you return an item that is older than 180 days, you will receive your money back in the form of a credit note.

If you wish to return an item, you must pay for the return label yourself.

It is not possible to exchange a returned item directly for another item. We will refund the money for a returned item and return the money to the same account from which it was debited.

If you return an item that was purchased more than 180 days ago, we will refund your purchase in the form of a credit note.
